Mr. Kostiuk is a lawyer with over 30 years of legal experience in Canada and around the world. He has worked as a partner in boutique and  major law firms in Canada. He has also worked as in-house and general counsel for various business,  resource, and private equity  firms in both the private and public markets. He currently works as a sole practioner. He associates closely with various professionals in the legal, accounting, financial, business planning and business valuation areas in order to assist his clients.

 

There is very little that Mr. Kostiuk has not dealt with on the legal side of business world. There will not be a  "learning curve" with respect to any legal matters you may bring to his office. Mr. Kostiuk enjoys working with entrepreneurs and start-ups. New clients should not consider their legal matters to be too small or insignificant for legal review. Their legal matters will be dealt with at the same level of professionalism as with large and complex business transactions.
